Missing Oklahoma boy found safe in Rockwall
A missing Oklahoma boy was found safe in Rockwall Thursday morning.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Office issued an Amber Alert overnight after 7-year-old Cash Umina's uncle took him from a home in Kingston, Okla.
Local police were on alert because Umina's uncle, 39-year-old Jason Montgomery, has family in the area.
Early Thursday morning someone in Wylie called 911 after spotting the car described in the Amber Alert. A search helicopter found the car in Rockwall around 1 a.m.
Montgomery gave up without incident in front of a relative's house.
He was taken into custody and charged with kidnapping. His bond was set at $100,000.
Umina was taken back to Oklahoma to be reunited with his family.
