Here's To You: Juliette Fowler Communities
25 residents at Juliette Fowler Communities teamed up with Dallas Sandwich Sundays to make sandwiches for homeless people. Residents buy turkey, ham, cheese, peanut butter and jelly. The center provides the bread. They make up to 285 sandwiches three times a month.

The Tarrant Area Food Bank got a winning game plan from the Dallas Cowboys, Pro Frac Services, HOF Charles Haley and Cowboys Mascot Rowdy. The work and donations from the volunteers tackled hunger with more than 100,000 meals for neighbors in need in 13 North Texas counties.

This month marks 12 years as a breast cancer survivor for Yvonne Crum. Crum urges women to do their monthly breast self-exam every month without fail.
Here's To You: Beverly Lloyd
Beverly Lloyd is filled with hope and determination. Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019, she was looking forward to a full recovery. But in 2022, she was diagnosed with cancer in her other breast. She's in session 37 and says each step gets her closer to recovery!
Here's To You: Diane Munk
Diane Munk was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in October 2023. She rang the bell after her last chemotherapy treatment.
Here's To You: Jeff Nicklas
Jeff Nicklas has volunteered at Children’s since 2018. As a patient pal, he's given 650+ hours with patients who are alone or have a caregiver who needs a break. His two daughters work at the hospital in marketing and as a nurse/patient educator.
Here's To You: Ariya Daniels
Ariya Daniels is a peanut butter warrior for the North Texas Food Bank. She made videos with the help of her sisters asking people to help the food bank with its peanut butter drive for kids. Instead of birthday gifts, the 12 year-old asked for donations. Ariya exceeded her goal, raising $10,150!

Residents at Juliette Fowler Communities took part in a potpourri party with plants grown and dried by the Master Gardners and the residents.

Chloe Brown was 18 months old when she was diagnosed with leukemia. Now, the high school senior is joined by her family in Orange Out. They make gifts of fun and comfort for young cancer patients.

Christine Marquise has led the Depart to Serve at Flower Mound United Methodist Church for the last 12 years.
Here's To You: 91-year-old Sandy Lauder
Sandy Lauder, 91, received the 2024 Annie Award during the Richardson Real Heroes Awards ceremony. He plays trombone in the community band, helps the Richardson Police Department, teaches English and citizenship classes, is a DFW Airport ambassador and much more.

For the second year, Issac Zebrowski used his birthday to help kids by giving them a gift.
