DALLAS - Savory Crepe Batter Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 4 yolks
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 7 cups milk
- 2 tbsp salt
- 12 cups AP flour
- 16 tbsp butter, melted
Cuban crepe batter ingredients:
- 4oz scoops of pork
- 1oz shredded Swiss
- 1 oz chopped pickles
- 1 oz Red onion
- 2 oz Dijonaise
- Garnish with pickles, shredded swiss, and red onion
- Side of salsa
