Cuban Crepe Recipe

Savory Crepe Batter Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 yolks
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 7 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 12 cups AP flour
  • 16 tbsp butter, melted

Cuban crepe batter ingredients:

  • 4oz  scoops of pork
  • 1oz shredded Swiss
  • 1 oz chopped pickles
  • 1 oz Red onion
  • 2 oz Dijonaise
  • Garnish with pickles, shredded swiss, and red onion
  • Side of salsa
