DFW, Love Field Airport see hundreds of flight cancelations Friday

DALLAS - The winter storm that moved through North Texas on Thursday is continuing to impact flights to and from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport on Friday.

Hundreds of flights in and out of the airports have been canceled.

DFW and Love Field are among the airports with the most cancelations in the country on Friday, according to flight tracking website Flight Aware.

Canceled flights to DFW: 252
Delayed flights to DFW: 182
Canceled flights at DFW: 247
Delayed flights at DFW: 174

Dallas Love Field

Canceled flights to DAL: 42
Delayed flights to DAL: 24
Canceled flights at DAL: 54
Delayed flights at DAL: 22

Airports in Atlanta and Charlotte have the most canceled flights as winter weather has moved their way.

Meteorologist Evan Andrews says North Texas could see a few more hours of patchy drizzle and snow flurries before the skies clear. The weekend should be dry.
