A Little Easter Chill....
Like the Easter Bunny...temps will take a JUMP...but DOWN today!
Strong cold front will race through early this AM, with very gusty 25+mph NW winds and a chill in the air. Temps will dip mid morning close to 50 with clouds before rebounding PM to the low to mid 60s as sun takes over.
Winds die off tonight under clear skies for a chilly night. areas N/W may dip into the mid 30s with a very low chance for frost by early AM.
Monday we FLIP again from a cold start to a great afternoon! Light winds and highs in the low 70s.
Gusty SE winds Tuesday will bring in more clouds and Gulf moisture. Highs still mild in the 70s.
The stormy day looks to be Wednesday. Showers and storms will move in AM. Some strong. The bigger question is PM-eve as a dry line heads in. If we get some time to heat up after AM showers, we could end up with a severe storm threat (hail, wind, tornado). We'll be watching.
A cold front heads in Thursday as clouds clear out...and we dry out.
Another stronger front may drop in Friday with more clouds and cooler temps in the 60s before drying out again Saturday.
