DPD shooting: Suspect had warrant for impersonating officer
FOX 4's David Sentendrey reports that the suspect shot by Dallas Police overnight in a parking garage at Children's Health Hospital had a warrant out for his arrest, and the warrant was for impersonating a peace officer.
