Dallas ISD launching hybrid learning school this fall

Dallas ISD is launching a first-of-its-kind public school option for families in Dallas. It's a new hybrid school where students will spend time learning remotely and in the classroom on a permanent basis. Dallas ISD's Angie Gaylord explains.
