Seniors, at-risk patients begin receiving COVID-19 vaccine in Tarrant County

More Texans are now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine but the supply is still very limited. FOX 4's Steven Dial talked to senior citizens in Arlington who were first in line to be vaccinated.
