Restaurant community come together to support chef battling leukemia

It wasn't the pandemic but a fight against cancer that forced Dallas chef Justin Hold to close his highly regarded restaurant Salaryman last month. Despite all the challenges, other chefs and restaurant owners are now facing, dozens have come together to help Justin and his family as his treatment continues.
