North Texas woman says she tried calling TWC for two weeks

The clock is ticking for thousands of Texas workers suddenly unemployed because of the coronavirus. But many have been unable to file for unemployment benefits because the Texas Workforce Commission has been overwhelmed by callers. Brandi Beakley said she called every day for two straight weeks before someone finally picked up.
