Attorney speaks on Rashee Rice plea deal | FULL

Attorney Royse West talks about the plea deal Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice agreed to for a Dallas crash that happened last spring. Rice pleaded guilty to two charges. He was sentenced to five years probation and will be required to spend 30 days in jail.
