Bill to prohibit misuse of NDA's in sex abuse cases

A woman who accused a North Texas mega church pastor if sexual abuse is set to testify before state lawmakers today. This comes as a new bill seeks to prohibit the misuse of nondisclosure agreements against child sexual abuse.
