Rep. Leach AG's motion 'shocking' in Roberson case

State Rep. Jeff Leach (R-Plano) says he will not "relent" in seeking the testimony of death row inmate Robert Roberson. Leach called a motion to block Roberson's testimony "shocking." Roberson is on death row for the killing of his 2-year-old daughter, but questions have arisen about the science used in the case.
