Rep. Harrison calls out Dade Phelan following censure

Four of Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan's biggest critics were censured by House GOP leadership for supporting the campaign of challengers who ran against incumbents. Waxahachie representative Brian Harrison called the Texas House a "corrupt den of liberal dysfunction" after the censure.
