Sachse school to build park for Allen shooting victims

Daniela and Sofia Mendoza were at the Allen Premium Outlets with their mom getting clothes for an upcoming family vacation when they were shot and killed. On Monday, one year after the shooting, Cox Elementary in Sachse held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new park in the girls' honor.
