New Plano center to help families in foster care system

There's a new community center in Plano offering services to help families in the foster care system. Good Day talked to Kristen Kolb, the executive director of Hope Spring Community, about the new visitation center that provides home-like spaces, as well as resources for parents who show a genuine desire to change.
