New Texas immigration law challenged in lawsuit
A new Texas immigration law that would allow police to arrest migrants suspected of crossing the border illegally and allow judges to order them to leave the U.S. is the subject of a new lawsuit. Civil rights groups sued less than 24 hours after Senate Bill 4 was signed into law by Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
