Border Security Bill: North Texas sheriffs on SB4

Dallas and Tarrant County sheriffs share their thoughts about the passage of Senate Bill 4 by the Texas Legislature. SB4 makes illegal entry or reentry into Texas from a foreign country a state crime, which would allow it to be enforced by local and state law enforcement.
