Neighbors: Man charged in woman's death was 'paranoid'

42-year-old Chad Stevens is charged with tampering with evidence after Heather Schwab was found dead in the home on Pearson Avenue. FOX 4 talked to neighbors who said they saw the pair together frequently, until about a year ago.
