Texas Senate expected to pass 'Don't Say Gay' bill

The Texas Senate revived a proposal to ban the instruction of gender identity and sexual orientation in all grades in Texas schools. But with less than a week to go in the legislative session, it's unclear if it will ever reach the governor's desk.
