COGIC Church gives back to local teens

The international church of God in Christ Department Youth Leaders Summit starts next weekend. Friday, March 11, the organization will be hosting a benefit Sneaker Ball, supporting homeless teens and young adults. The group will be collecting nonperishable foods, travel-size toiletries, and other hygiene products. They can be dropped off at the Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center located at 2493 North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas. The Church of God in Christ is the largest Pentecostal denomination in the United States, with millions of members across the country.
