Man linked to 14 violent crimes in 1 day arrested

Dallas police say in a matter of hours, an armed man robbed a bank, stole or carjacked seven vehicles, and caused chaos across multiple cities. He allegedly targeted a bank, a car dealership, a school principal, a parent and their child, and multiple other drivers and vehicle owners.

Yella Beezy arrested for allegedly hiring Mo3's hitman

Dallas rapper Markies Conway, who goes by the name Yella Beezy, was arrested and charged in a murder-for-hire scheme connected to the death of another rapper. Melvin Noble, who went by Mo3, was killed in an ambush-style shooting on I-35 in Dallas in 2020.

Battle over documents in 'Texas 7' inmate's new trial

State and defense attorneys got into a heated battle in court Friday over access to documents as they prepare for Texas inmate Randy Halprin's new trial. Halprin was a member of the so-called "Texas 7" gang, which escaped from prison in 2000 and killed an Irving police officer.
