High School Football Quarterfinal Playoff Highlights
There are a number of North Texas teams still in contention for a state title in UIL classification, but a couple North Texas schools won state titles in the TAPPS division.
ARGYLE, Texas - Argyle Liberty Christian School, which is coached by Dallas Cowboys legend Jason Witten, won a state football title.
The team won the TAPPS Division II State Championship, and it’s the school’s first state football title in 16 years.
They beat Regents School of Austin 52-10 Friday night.
