Houston Rockets-Miami Heat fight: Numerous penalties issued to several players, head coach

The National Basketball Association has announced numerous penalties following an on-court altercation that occurred on Sunday at the Toyota Center in a game between the Houston Rockets and the Miami Heat.

According to a release from the NBA, Houston Rockets forward Amen Thompson has been suspended two games without pay and Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier was suspended one game without pay.

Here's a full breakdown of additional penalties that were issued:
- Houston Rockets Guard Jalen Green - $35,000 fine
- Miami Heat Guard Tyler Herro - $25,000 fine
- Houston Rockets Head Coach Ime Udoke - $50,000 fine for verbal abuse of a game official and failing to leave the court in a timely manner following his technical foul and ejection.

The NBA said the incident started with 35.7 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter of the Heat's 104-100 win on Sunday. It all began when Herro leaned into the midsection of Thompson. Thompson responded by grabbing Herro by his jersey and throwing him to the floor in a forceful manner. Green and Rozier then entered the fight, which resulted in continued escalation of the situation.
