WYLIE, Texas - The Wylie school district in Collin County confirmed a staff member tested positive for COVID-19 after spending time on campus.
That person was recently at Burnett Junior High School for staff development.
People who were in close contact with the person were notified and asked to stay home for 14 days.
Wylie ISD is scheduled to begin in-person and online learning next Thursday.
