UPS apologizes after driver cuts through yards to avoid aggressive dogs
DALLAS - UPS said a driver has been disciplined for driving across people’s yard to avoid aggressive dogs.
Two Kaufman County residents who live along County Road 236 in Terrell shared video of the incident.
After dropping off a package at one home Tuesday, the driver cut across the grass to the driveway next door.
The residents weren’t happy. But, they said UPS has since apologized.
A UPS spokesperson told FOX 4 the driver should not have done that. However, the spokesperson said there have been several incidents with aggressive dogs in the area lately.
The driver claimed he was trying to avoid dogs behind his truck.
