Brother of TCU football player killed in New Orleans attack

One of the victims in the terror attack on Bourbon Street was the brother of a standout wide receiver at TCU.

Jack Bech posted a message of love and appreciation for his brother, Tiger, on X.

TCU Football also posted a statement of support for the Bech family.

And the members of the Minister of Justice Coalition and Clergy for Safe Cities gathered on Thursday to pray for the family.

"I spoke with my dear brother and friend at TCU, Coach Franks. I asked them who they were doing, and um, as to be expected. The entire campus is hurting for one of their students whose brother was just out having fun and he lost his life," said Pastor Kyev Tatum.

The Bech brothers grew up in Lafayette, Louisiana and played football for St. Thomas More Catholic High School.

Tiger Bech was a kick-returner and receiver on the Princeton football team and graduated in 2021. Jack Bech is currently in his senior year at TCU.
