Recipe: Midnight Sparkler Mocktail

Many people will be ringing in the new year at The Statler in Dallas this year.

The Royal Masquerade at the hotel will have a full casino, an open bar, complementary champagne and lots of party favors.

Kendall Washington from the popular show Love Island will host the event.

Christine Martinez from The Statler stopped by the Good Day studio to show us how to have a festive beverage that is still alcohol-free.

The drink will be featured as a part of the hotel’s Dry January initiative.

Midnight Sparkler Mocktail

Ingredients

• 2.5 oz pomegranate juice
• ½ oz orange juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• Topped with ginger ale

Instructions

• Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the juice mixture over the ice.
•  Top off with ginger ale for that sparkling finish.
• Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a dried orange wheel
