Plane crashes into Eagle Mountain Lake

FORT WORTH, Texas - A small plane crashed into Eagle Mountain Lake on Monday afternoon.

Images from SKY 4 just after 1 p.m. showed a plane fully submerged in the lake about 200 yards from the shore.

There’s no word yet on how many people were on board or if anyone was hurt.

The Tarrant County Sheriff's Office is reportedly assisting the Tarrant Regional Water District with an investigation.
