Miss Texas Chandler Foreman embarks on statewide speaking tour

Chandler Foreman went from being Miss Park Cities to being crowned Miss Texas 2019.

She has also gone from being a student at the University of North Texas to leading a statewide speaking tour of 250 events.

Her personal platform is "The Leader Within."

She will compete at the Miss America pageant in September.
