Man shot in face; Dallas gang unit investigating
A man is in serious condition after being shot in the face.
Around 11:00 p.m. Friday, police were called to the 2900 hundred block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in south Dallas.
Officers found shell casings and a trail of blood. They followed the blood and found the victim at a nearby DART rail station, police said.
He is being treated at Baylor University Medical Center.
The shooting is being investigated by the Dallas Police Gang Unit.
