Granbury ISD high schooler arrested for making school shooting threat

A Granbury ISD student was arrested on charges she posted a threat on social media.

Police say Sierra Noel Mendoza, 17, made a post saying she was the next school shooter.

Investigators say the threat happened against the STARS Accelerated High School after classes dismissed for spring break.

Mendoza was arrested and charged with misdemeanor exhibition, threat or use of firearms. She's now out of jail on bond.
