Fourth person dies from suspicious Cedar Hill house fire

A fourth person has died from a house fire that Cedar Hill investigators say is suspicious. The fire killed a pastor, his wife and now two daughters.

Pastor Eugene Keahey, his wife Deanna and daughter Camryn died the day of the fire.

The Keahey's 17-year old daughter was pulled from the burning home on February 28 and taken to the hospital. She died from her injuries on Monday morning.

Cedar Hill police released body cam video of rescues and two of the people inside the home survived.

“We are aware that one victim did pass away but we do not have any updates on the investigation,” said Cedar Hill PD Chief Ely Reyes. “At this time we are still waiting on results from the medical examiner's office.”

The fire is being investigated criminally. The pastor’s neighbors told police they heard shots fired during the fire, but police have not confirmed those claims publicly.
