Everman ISD superintendent dies after 3-year cancer battle
EVERMAN, Texas - A North Texas school district is mourning the death of its superintendent.
Dr. Curtis Amos served Everman ISD, south of Fort Worth.
His family said he passed away Saturday after battling cancer for three years.
Before Everman, Amos worked in the Crowley school district.
The district released a statement saying his legacy will live on in countless students, educators and community members.
