DALLAS - Dallas police arrested a 71-year-old man who allegedly shot a man early Christmas morning.
What We Know: Officers were patrolling on Corsicana Street in Downtown Dallas after 2 a.m. when they were flagged down by a person who had been shot.
Investigators say a suspect shot at two people, hitting one of them.
The injured person is expected to be okay.
71-year-old J Skinner was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon an deadly conduct.
What We Don't Know: Police have not said what led up to the shooting.
