Dallas man allegedly kicked 88-year-old aunt to death, docs show
DALLAS - A Dallas man has been charged with murder after he allegedly kicked his aunt to death.
What We Know: Police were called for a disturbance on Caddo Street, near Lemmon Avenue in Old East Dallas on Sunday night.
Crews found 88-year-old Vannakham Nachampassak dead at the scene.
Her nephew, 52-year-old Ketsanasak Nachampassak, was arrested and charged with murder.
An arrest warrant affidavit for Nachampassak says that he went into his aunt's bedroom and kicked her 10 to 20 times.

The 52-year-old stayed with his aunt for about an hour and a half before she became unresponsive, according to the documents.
Only after she became unresponsive did Nachampassak call a man, who then called police.
Police say Nachampassak admitted to assaulting the 88-year-old multiple times over the past several months as a form of discipline.
He is currently being held in the Dallas County Jail on $500,000 bond.
What We Don't Know: Documents did not say if there was an incident that led Nachampassak to assault the 88-year-old.
