Dallas ISD employees could earn up to $3,500 in bonus pay in 2022-23

DALLAS - All Dallas ISD employees who return next school year will be eligible for up to $3,500 in bonus pay.

Employees with the highest performance evaluation scores will get higher bonuses.

The incentive would be included in employees’ paychecks in three installments spread over the school year.

Administrators hope it helps them recruit new employees and hold on to existing staff.
