Accused drunk driver to face charges after Dallas crash kills passenger
DALLAS - An alleged drunken driver is facing charges in connection to a Dallas crash that killed their passenger.
What we know: Dallas Police say a car was traveling east on Northwest Highway, near White Rock Lake, around 2:45 a.m. when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed.
23-year-old Sara Gonzalez, a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, 23-year-old Alyssa Rodriguez, was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
Police say Rodriguez will be charged with intoxication manslaughter.
