Dallas Central Expressway crash leaves 2 dead
DALLAS - A second person has died after a major crash on the Central Expressway in Dallas early Wednesday morning.
The crash happened around 4 a.m. in the northbound lanes of U.S. Highway 75 around Southwestern Boulevard.
Firefighters said one of the cars had stalled and then was hit by the second car. One of them appeared to have caught on fire.
The northbound lanes of the highway were closed from University Boulevard to Lovers Lane for several hours. They have since reopened.
