DALLAS - Family members of a woman killed over a pick-up basketball game directly addressed the 32-year-old man who shot her.
Cameron Hogg pleaded guilty to the murder of 21-year-old Asia Womack earlier this week.
Dallas police say Hogg shot Womack after the two got into an argument over a pick-up basketball game at a park in South Dallas in 2022.

Court documents say Asia left the park. But when she and a friend were sitting outside to watch football a short distance from the park, Hogg drove up and got out without saying a word.
Police say Hogg shot Asia twice in the chest, and then as she was falling, he shot two more times before leaving.
He will spend 20 years in prison for the crime.
Womack's family got emotional while speaking directly to Hogg during victim impact statements on Thursday.
"Why did you do it? Why did you kill her? Why?!" yelled Womack's sibling.
The victim’s mother faced her daughter’s killer for the first time in court. Just a few days ago, the mother was expecting to go to trial, but in the 11th hour, a deal was struck.

Inside a Dallas County courtroom Thursday, Andrea Womack wanted a poster of her daughter to be the final image Hogg saw before he starts his sentence in a state prison.
"And 20 years is a slap in my face. My child’s life is worth way more than 20 years," she said.
As Womack's mother took the stand she began to cry.
"Here I sit with tears in my eyes and broken-hearted," she said.
"And you can say whatever you want to make yourself feel better, but your soul will be tormented every day of your life," Womack’s mother said.
Womack’s mother says she wanted to go to trial, which was set for earlier this week.
"On Monday, I received a text he had taken a plea," she said.
Hogg’s defense attorney Bret Martin claims he had multiple witnesses lined up to testify Womack pulled out a firearm twice, and that's why prosecutors settled on a deal.
"I don’t see any way in the world a jury would find him guilty when he was simply defending himself," Martin said. "I can tell you the police were aware she had a gun and tried to pull a gun the night of the offense. In face, one of the witnesses that was going to testify at trial, Robert Walker, he told police that night both were reaching. He was just faster than she was."

FOX 4 asked the district attorney’s office about the defense's claims, plus a statement on how prosecutors settled on 20 years.
The office responded with "no comment."
Prosecutors originally were pushing for 50 years, and the defense team started at 10 years.
Hogg has an extensive criminal history in Dallas County, including robbery, family violence, and aggravated assault.
Some family members told FOX 4 they were not happy with Hogg's plea deal.
Hogg will be transferred from the Dallas County Jail to a Texas state prison.
