Study finds DART is not easily accessible

Despite 600 buses and 93 miles of light rail service, a recent study found Dallas Area Rapid Transit is not nearly as well used as it could be. Dr. Shima Hamidi of the Institute of Urban Studies at UT-Arlington asked why. In simple terms, she found DART is not easily accessible to the people who would use it.
