Marinated Flank Steak
Chef Richard Chamberlain from Chamberlains Steak and Chop House shares a three-ingredient recipe for marinated flank steak.
Marinated Flank Steak
1 1/2 pounds flank steak
1 cup ponzu sauce
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Combine marinade ingredients in a glass bowl, mix well, reserve 2 ounces on the side and add in flank steak. Toss well. Place in refrigeration for 1 hour. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil to pan and sear on both sides until well browned. Set on a cutting board to rest. Cut against the grain and place strips on plates. Drizzle with extra ponzu and serve with your favorite garden vegetables.
