Jack Carter Pool in Plano reopens this weekend

After a couple of years and a few million dollars, an old public swimming pool in Plano is turned into an amazing new water park. Collette Hall from the Plano recreation department is ready to celebrate the reopening of the Jack Carter Pool located near Custer and Spring Creek.
