Abe Habash brings Mexican street tacos to Good Day. You can try them too when you visit Abe's Flavor Flave Food Truck at the second Food Truck Rally at Klyde Warren Park on Saturday.
Chicken Street Tacos
1 lb Chicken breast
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz lime juice
1 oz Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
Corn tortillas
Toppings: grilled onions, raw onions, & cilantro
Marinade chicken for 10 minutes in all spices. Grill for 10 minutes. Serve in corn tortillas with toppings.
Beef Street Tacos
1 lb Beef Fajita
2 oz Lemon juice
1 oz. Worcestershire
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
Corn tortillas
Toppings: grilled onions, raw onions, & cilantro
Marinade beef for f0 minutes in all spices. Grill for 10-15 minutes. Serve in corn tortillas with toppings.
