The HEAT repeats...until early next week!

Showers have dried up, but fortunately, it's not as muggy out there. Partly sunny skies, light winds today and highs in the upper 80s.

It will touch 90 in most areas Friday with a little extra sun and a bit stronger south breeze ahead of a weak cold front that will head into NW areas overnight.

That may trigger a storm or two after midnight that could linger early Saturday AM north/west of FTW, but coverage will be low. Early clouds will turn to partly sunny skies Saturday. The weak front may get through the Metroplex, but highs will still be in the mid to upper 80s. It will be closer to 80 northwest, and still 90 southeast.

The front heads back north Sunday...with partly sunny skies and higher humidity...along with temps back near and slightly above 90 into Monday.

That's when our cold front starts heading through. We may see a storm or two late Monday or night, to be followed by gusty cooler winds Tuesday. Highs in the 70s take over through Wednesday.
