Harvey continues to haunt Texas, although for most of us here it will just be more about clouds than lots of rain.
Today and Tuesday with Harvey on the coast down by Houston...we will just see clouds with sunny breaks.
Expect a fresh NE wind (10-15 mph) and highs in the mid to upper 80s. As for rain chances, there may be a band or two that sets up each afternoon (20%). the EXCEPTION is areas SE where steadier rain is still possible.
The impacts from what's left of Harvey should be felt Wed-Thu as it heads into East Texas or Western Louisiana.
That means EASTERN areas stand the best chances for rain...while western counties likely don't see much at all. Highs will be only in the mid 80s.
By late week, we expect more clearing and much lower rain chances...if any at all. That will allow temps to bump up closer to 90 this Labor Day weekend.
