Blast From The Past!
Changes...coming fast and furious! Ready for the blast?
Today will actually be fairly pleasant. Light winds. Some sun this AM (DFW west) otherwise clouds for most areas with temps in the 50s. Maybe a few late day showers east.
The ARCTIC front heads in tonight. Initially strong winds, and possibly some patchy light rain as temps fall. It now looks like MOST areas from the MPLEX south and east will stay ABOVE freezing for overnight lows. Areas north and west will drop below by Thu AM.
Strong north winds (chills near 20) will continue Thursday with mostly cloudy skies now. There may be some patchy light rain well south toward Waco area...but the clouds and wind will keep highs near 40. As skies clear at night it gets COLD!!!!
We drop into the 20s by Friday AM. A few upper teens north, but mainly mid 20s MPLEX, which is cold enough.
Friday rebounds into the 40s with partly sunny skies.
The weekend starts with a lot of WIND. That will keep temps just above freezing Friday night...and push highs just above 50 Saturday. It looks like a lot of clouds roll in, so we'll temper highs a bit. Could be some spotty rain Saturday eve-night-Sun AM as overnight lows hold in the 40s.
Sunday will warm into the 60s briefly ahead of the next front.
That drops us back to the low 50s Monday...then UP to near 60 Tuesday ahead of the NEXT ARCTIC FRONT which will plunge is back by the middle of next week!
