Weekend changes on the way...but first? Warmth and clouds...and even some spotty rain!
Low level moisture has increased today (higher dewpoints) which likely means cloudy skies. With that said, we are starting very warm and will still get into the lower 70s today. A COLD FRONT heads in PM from DFW north and may squeeze some light rain out (20%). Tonight spotty light rain or drizzle will be possible as the cold front moves through the area. Lows may drop into the 50s with a north wind.
Thursday looks CLOUDY again with light winds. Moisture trapped may again produce spotty light rain or drizzle esp. from DFW area and east. Temps will stay in the 60s north to 70 Metro, to low 70s south.
On Friday a WARM FRONT moves back. We'll start cloudy and mild, but see increasing sun towards noon and afternoon from DFW west. Strong winds (25-30 mph) will boost temps to near 90 WEST and into the mid 80s Metro (record is 87) HOWEVER eastern areas will keep more clouds and stay in the 70s.
The cold front blasts through early Saturday AM. We'll start close to 70 and then slowly fall into the 60s PM with 30 mph NW winds.
Sunday looks seasonably COOL. Lows in the 30s and 40s with highs in the low to mid 60s with sun.
Next week starts cool Monday but warms into the 60s as clouds increase with some showers possible Tuesday. At this time Thanksgiving looks dry and cooler than normal.
