Floodwaters slowly receding in Texas HIl Country

There are still two confirmed deaths following the massive flooding near the Guadalupe River in South Central Texas. FOX 4 Meteorologist Josh Johns talks about the status of the river right now and how this year's flooding incident was different than the one that killed so many people last year.
