Dallas County closes all bars, dine-in restaurants, gyms, theaters to stop spread of COVID-19 coronavirus

Dallas County will close all bars, dine-in restaurants, gyms and theaters at 12 a.m. Tuesday in an unprecedented effort to stop the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
